Conference Focus

Based on feedback from SNUG members, this year's conference will feature several breakout sessions to offer something for everyone regardless of the version of Startel that have in your call center. The sessions will provide not only excellent ideas but step-by-step instructions on how to implement them. You will return from this conference energized and armed with the information you need to deploy ideas and methods in your call center that will allow you reach the next level of success!

Location

The 2008 conference is located in beautiful, easy to get to, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Conference will run March 9th-12th, 2008. Startel training classes will precede the SNUG conference on Sunday March 9th. The opening reception will be held the evening of the 9th  and for FUN, we are hosting a golf tournament on Saturday the 8th
