The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following

● We use data to provide feedback to funders on our project progress.This is anonymised.


We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following
scenarios:


● With your agreement referral partners may provide information to SNUG
We use the information that you have given us in order to:
● Contact you about one of our services
● Inform you of forthcoming events
● Induct you into our training programmes
● Celebrate special milestones with you

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.
We will keep your data for as long as we provide services to you.
We will keep records for up to seven years. We will then dispose your information by deleting it
from our system.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we
